I recently had the pleasure of visiting R&K Drysdales near Cockburnspath.

During the visit, I received a tour of the plant and learnt more about their innovative methods which has led them to become one of the UK’s largest Brussel sprout producers. 

Borders mums band together to reopen Duns nursery

A group of mums have managed to reopen a Duns nursery that was expected to close.

The new Duns Community Nursery opened on 3 April after parents set up a not-for-profit company to take over the building lease and retain the original staff. 

Scottish Borders Community Volunteer of the Year Awards

A festival of volunteering has been announced to mark the Coronation of King Charles. To celebrate, I am hosting the Scottish Borders Community Volunteer of the Year Awards.
