A new on-demand bus service has been launched called Pingo.
It has been launched by Borders Buses and allows customers to book a shared bus journey that is not served by bus at that particular time.
Pingo operates 7 days per week, from 7am until 9pm.
During the launch period, running until 15th May, all journeys are just £1.
After that, there will be a £2 base fare, plus 20p per mile.
